Why can’t I access the New York Times anymore?
That usually happens because your account needs to be re-validated, which is required at the end of each year of access. Please follow the steps outlined on this other FAQ page to re-authenticate your account. If it still doesn’t work, try the “login without password” option mentioned on that FAQ page. This resolves the issue most of the time. If you’re still unable to log in, please contact the library team.
