How do I fix the problem of when I try to open Course Reserves in my Canvas course I get an error message?

Answer

If an error message appears when trying to open Course Reserves in your Canvas course please try the following:

  • Try using a different browser
  • If using a hot spot, try accessing through a service without a hot spot.

If possible please send a screen shot, with the browser and specific version/update as well as where and how accessing the site.  Send this information to ereserve@iastate.edu.
