How do students and instructors in COVID-19 self-isolation/quarantine access hard copy Course Reserves materials?

Answer

ISU students and instructors who are in COVID-19 self-isolation/quarantine can access Course Reserves hard copy materials by going through the Library's Interlibrary Loan services.  Interlibrary Loan can scan a portion of a hard copy item and make it available to those in COVID-19 self-isolation/quarantine.
