I am an instructor and want to show a library-owned DVD in my class. Do I need to put it on Course Reserves?

Answer

  • No, you don't! You can use Quick Search's Media Booking to check out the DVD for your class session use. Find your DVD through Quick Search, and click the Request Item link to access Media Booking. (Note: You'll need to login to your Library account.)
  • However, if you want your students to consult a certain DVD throughout the semester, you will want to place that DVD on course reserves for that purpose.
