I have tried to renew all my loans twice, but the due date is still May 8, 2020. I clicked on the Renew button on single entries but it does not solve the problem. I would get a message that the due date has already been set to the new due date.

ISU Library items that were borrowed on "extended loan" and due May 8, 2020, can be renewed beginning Tuesday, April 7, 2020. We will send out an email to all patrons with items on extended loan to let them know when renewals can begin. After April 7, if your item does not renew, please contact the Circulation staff at circdesk@iastate.edu or 515-294-3961.
