Annual Reports
Answer
There are two kinds of business annual reports: the ones given to the shareholder (typically glossy and colorful) and the ones provided to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) - known as a "10K" (big and usually black & white). There are 2 options for locating these.
- The Direct option: Go to the company's website and search for, or click on, "investor relations." Current annual reports are usually filed under this heading.
- The Indirect option: use Mergent Online (ISU login required), search for the company, and select the "reports" tab.
