How do I reserve a group study room?

Answer

Group study rooms at Parks Library can be reserved online by anyone with a valid ISU Net-ID. A link to the room reservation system can be found on the home page ("Group Space Reservations").

Booking is done on a first come, first-served basis.

Canceling a Group Study Room Reservation

  • To cancel a Group Study Room Reservation, pull up your room booking confirmation email.
  • At the bottom of the confirmation email there is a link to cancel the booking.

  • Click the link and you will be taken to a page which shows your room bookings.
  • Click the “Cancel Booking” button next to the booking you wish to cancel.

  • A confirmation message of your cancelled booking Booking cancelled imagewill appear and the booking will be removed from your account.
