Is there a limit on file sizes or data set size?

DataShare does not have set storage limits on data set or project size. However, individual files are limited to 20 GB or less (technical restriction) and all DataShare accounts start with a storage quota of zero (0) as review and approval is required before you can use DataShare.
Please keep in mind that DataShare is not a system built to share or process "big data". If you have a larger data set (500 GB and up) please contact us before submitting a disclosure form so we can confirm that your data can be supported by DataShare.
